Privacy Policy
At Envorixa SpA we treat your personal data with the utmost care, in compliance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and the amendments introduced by Law No. 21,719 of 2024 on personal data protection in Chile.
1. Identification of the controller
The data controller is Envorixa SpA, Tax ID 77.842.193-K, with registered address at Av. Apoquindo 4501, office 1802, Las Condes, Santiago de Chile. Data Protection Officer contact: privacy@envorixa.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) identifying data voluntarily provided through forms (name, email, phone); (ii) browsing data via cookies and similar technologies; (iii) investment data when you open an account on the platform (Tax ID, address, financial background).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send marketing communications related to real estate projects and platform news; (ii) comply with anti-money-laundering (UAF) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations; (iii) operate and improve the website; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory requirements from the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero.
4. Lawful basis
Processing is based on your express consent when you subscribe to the newsletter, on the performance of a contract when you operate an investment account, on legal obligations applicable to Envorixa and on our legitimate interest in improving the service.
5. Third parties we share data with
Your data may be shared with: technology hosting providers in the LATAM region, transactional email providers, external auditors, and competent Chilean authorities (SII, UAF, CMF) when legally required.
6. Retention periods
Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Data linked to an investment account is kept for the entire contractual relationship and for at least 5 years after its termination, in accordance with Chilean anti-money-laundering regulations.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition at any time, as well as portability and consent withdrawal, by writing to privacy@envorixa.com. You may also lodge complaints before the future Data Protection Agency created under Law 21,719.
8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit trails, two-factor authentication) consistent with the state of the art and the sensitive nature of financial data.
